OUR CLASSES

Our program is designed for fitness lovers, HYROX enthusiasts and anyone seeking a fresh start with a vibrant, supportive community.

Each week is broken into two unique training focuses, building on every session to help you get fitter, stronger, and more confident as you progress.

  • BUILD: Strength and power come first. These workouts help you develop speed, gain lean muscle, and drop unwanted body fat.

  • HYBRID A perfect mix of cardio and functional strength using lighter weights and everyday movements.

  • HYROX: HYROX sessions run every Tuesday and Saturday, designed to get you race-ready and feeling your best. (More Cardio)

  • TEAMZ: This is where we bring it all together, using elements of BUILD, HYBRID, and HYROX we set team targets over a 50-minute work window and go at them together.
