BUILD / ENGINE
Weeks are broken into two training focuses. Each workout is designed to complement the last, building on each-other as you progress through the training block.
BUILD - Designed to develop strength, speed More muscle + less body fat.
HYBRID - Metabolic conditioning using light weights, and functional movements.
What the program looks like
Monday - Lower body strength Squatting & hinging
Tuesday - HYROX, Engine
Wednesday - Upper body Push , pull & core
Thursday - Hybrid, engine
Friday - Deadlifts and full-body
Saturday - TEAMS -
