Join us on Sunday, May 11th for an exclusive HYBRID workout brought to you by GRID Hybrid @ Hype Gym. Your ticket includes entry to the gym for the HYBRID workout, an LSKD x GRID x HYPE tee and we'll be giving away some stash and goodies on the day. Bulk Nutrients will be offering live tastings of a range of products and we'll have videography and photography to capture your best shots.
About the workout:
Teams of FOUR - you may sign up solo and we will place you in a team on the day (don't be shy!)
One ticket = one entry. e.g team of four must purchase four tickets.
The workout will be a 'hybrid' style workout and will not be released until the day.
Workout movements are Functional - there is no specific skill acquisition required, however it is recommended that you are a 'confident' gym go-er in the functional space.
There will be running - it is recommended that you are comfortable with running 5-10km distances.
Finally, the length of the workout will be approximately 70-90 minutes, dependent on abilities.

FAQ:
When does the EVENT start? Event kicks off 8:30am, we recommend you to get there 7:15-7:30am for registration and warm up.
When will I know my heat times? This is a mass start event, meaning all teams will start at the same time, however if anything changes we will give you loads of notice.
What happens if I don’t have a team mate? On the day we will allocate you a team if you don’t have one, we are all about community.
How often do I need to train each week? We find the best results come from those who commit to 3-4 x training sessions per week, aim for 2 specific cardio session per week.
